Maya & Willi's is an insect fast-food restaurant created by Sofie Strunk, Christina Svacina and Theresa Tropschuh. The main idea is that insects are much more environmental-friendly than beef, pork and chicken. They are also really high in protein and relatively low in fat and carbohydrates. That combination makes insects the perfect future food. Our goal is to provide people with fast, inexpensive food that is healthy and environmentally sustainable produced. We care about our environment and our future and this is our contribution for protecting it. Everyone can change something and we believe this is how. A careful selection and great quality makes our food special and desirable - without any guilt. By the way, we are based in Vienna. Founded in 2014.
